The weather forecast for past weekend was really bad so we decided to be careful with our birds. We did not enter any birds for the national Limoges (675km) flight. Also on the national Bourges (479km) race we only entered a part of our racing hens. The most of our best racing hens stayed however at home. Our stars like for instance “Bambi”(B13-6026002), “Prada”(B14-6175059), “Ariana”(B14-6175056), the 4 daughters of “Mustang”(B14-6175237) and the 1° fast. Souppes 10,926 pigeons of two weeks ago all stayed at home. So it was a chance for the upcoming birds to prove their quality. Our birds did really an excellent job. It was a very hard races. The first birds flew hardly 1,250 mpm. Many birds are still missing. Luckily all our birds are at home.

On the national level we start with the 18° National Bourges (479km) against 19,889 birds! We will have as well 2 old birds in the national top 85 against 19,735 pigeons!
Our first pigeon was the beautiful dark white flight hen “Zara”(B15-6026038). She wins with 9 minutes lead the 1° prize in our club St. Job. She wins the 18° National Bourges (479km) against 19,889 birds! This bird is once again a grandchild to as well “Barco”(B01-6387350) and “Elektro”(B08-6174630)! Her father is a son to “Elektro”, her mother is a daughter to “Barco”. Her parents have already bred some outstanding birds in the past.

Our second bird and our first arrival with the old bird was our first nominated pigeon B14-6175171. She is normally a part of our long distance team (+650km) but she is performing great this season on the 500km races. On the first semi-long distance race this season she won 2° Vierzon (476km) against 314 birds. She was then supposed to fly the Limoges (675km) race but due to the bad weather forecast we entered her on Bourges (479km). She wins now 64° National Bourges against 19,736 birds! Her mother is a daughter to our top breeding hen “Delphine”(B11-6282004). Her father is a full brother to “Brazil”(B12-6196060) and a half-brother to “Zorro”(B15-6026003), 3rd National Ace-pigeon KBDB Middle Distance.
