We sent a small delegation to the national Jarnac (697km) races. Our pigeons flew a great result! The national races between 600 and 750km are clearly a speciality of our birds. They won the following results:

Our first arrival was the checkered hen B14-6175324. She is a granddaughter to our famous breeders “Barco”(B01-6387350) and “Elektro”(B08-6174630). This is quite a successful combination, the crossing of ‘Barco line’ x ‘Elektro line’ has already given many top racers!

As a youngster B14-6175324 only participated to the races of the ‘Tour of Belgium’. The system of racing is the following. Each weekend during four weeks the birds are released at a completely different location. It could be at the seaside, which is completely in the western part of Belgium, or in Limburg, which is completely in the eastern part of Belgium. The racing distance is between 75 and 175km. Of course, this is an interesting to race young birds but racing on the national level is completely different. As a yearling made her first steps in the national program and since this year she is ‘fully’ raced on the national races.
Our second arrival was the blue hen B15-6026037. She is the nest-sister to B15-6026036 who won this year on an extremely hard race 1° fast. Souppes-sur-Loing (357km) against 10,926 pigeons. This hen is again a successful product of the crossing child “Barco”(B01-6387350) x child “Elektro”(B08-6174630). Her father is “Casino”(B11-6282003), a son to “Elektro”(B08-6174630) x “Gloria”(B06-6270117). Her mother is the top breeding hen “Siri”(B06-6411619). She has already bred a lot of top performers!

Our third arrival was the white flight hen B14-6175163. She is a direct daughter to our top pigeon “Origi”(B13-6026050). B14-6175163 is a very reliable hen and has already won different top prizes, especially on the long distance races! Her mother is a daughter to “Beckham”(B01-6387174).

Another race this weekend was Noyon (208km). We entered our second team of youngsters. For them it was the first official race of the season. We did not set the expectations too high because they had to compete against much more experienced youngsters. They did however a fantastic job! Our pigeons won the following results:

Exactly in the same time as B16-6032179 arrived the hen B16-6032113. She wins the 1° prize as well! She is a daughter to a talented yearling racer. The father to B16-6032179 is a grandson to “Vitara”(B10-6052150). Her mother is a daughter to “Paulo”(B09-6248171) and a granddaughter to “Barco”(B01-6387350) and “Elektro”(B08-6174630).
B16-6032113 arrived in exactly the same time as her loftmate and won the 1° prize on Noyon as well!
The third prize was won by the checkered cock B16-6032237. He is a grandson to “Salgo”(B07-6221050) and “Miss Universe”(B07-6221587).

Our fifth arrival was B16-6032196. The father is a full brother to “Aladdin”(B09-6248081), 1° fast. National Bourges (479km) 64,621 pigeons. The mother of this bird is a daughter to “Beckham”(B01-6387174).
Our sixth arrival was B16-6032176. This beautiful checkered pigeon is a son to our famous breeder “Elektro”(B08-6174630). He is really one of our big favourites.
The second national race this weekend was Chateauroux (526km). We started with the 54° National Chateauroux (526km) against 9,540 pigeons. It was the blue hen B15-60262070. She has performed great on the national races this year. She is a half-sister to our famous hen “La Bomba”(B10-6052045).

The final race this weekend was Gien (410km). It was a difficult race, especially for the youngsters. Hopefully they have gained how enough experience for the first national race for youngsters (in two weeks). Our first arrival was the checkered hen B16-6032067. Also the week before this bird was our first arrival. She is a direct daughter to our fantastic breeder “Elektro”(B08-6174630). Her mother is “Delphine”(B11-6282004). This means she is a full sister to “Samsung”(B15-6026082), 1° fast. Souppes (357km) 9,294 pigeons!
